Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Qrizar Leather (“Qrizar”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Qrizar is a wholesale manufacturer of leather and shearling outerwear based in Istanbul, Türkiye. This site is intended for business buyers.

Information we collect

• What you send us through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the styles you ask about and your message.
• Your call consent, if you give it: whether you checked the call-consent box, the exact wording you agreed to and its version, the date and time, the phone number, your IP address, your browser and device type (user agent), the page you submitted from and your time zone. We keep this as a record of your consent.
• Call records: if we call you, the date, time and outcome of the call and, where the call is recorded, the recording and a transcript.
• Technical information: like most websites, our servers record basic request data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send pricing, samples information and quotes.
• To call you about your enquiry and our products, but only if you gave call consent.
• To keep records of consent and opt-out requests, as the law requires.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
• To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

Phone calls, including AI-assisted calls

If you check the call-consent box, you agree that Qrizar may call the number you gave us about your enquiry and our products, including calls that use an AI-generated or prerecorded voice and automated technology. Giving consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Without it, we reply by email only.

• Every call starts by saying that it is from Qrizar Leather and, when the caller is an AI assistant, that you are speaking with one.
• Calls may be recorded, and we tell you so at the start of the call.
• We call on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00 in your local time, based on the time zone your browser reported when you contacted us.
• We only call the number you gave us, and only about the subjects described above.

Withdrawing consent and opting out

You can stop our calls at any time, in any reasonable way, for example:

• by telling the caller, human or AI, that you do not want to be called;
• by replying to any email from us;
• by writing to [email protected] or through our contact form.

We add your number to our internal do-not-call list and stop calling it promptly, and in any case within the time the law allows. Opting out of calls does not stop us replying to messages you send us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing. We use service providers that process information on our behalf and only for the services they provide to us: website hosting, email delivery and, if we call you, telephone and AI voice services. They may be located outside your country. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable time after. We keep consent and opt-out records, and call records, for at least five years so that we can show we respected your choices.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have further rights, such as the right to know, to delete and to correct your information, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. We may keep a minimal record of an opt-out or consent when the law requires it, even after you ask us to delete your information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems. No system is completely secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. A change never applies to a consent you gave before it: we keep the exact wording you agreed to.
